0267 Titanium dioxide bridge countermeasures
Introduction of case studies for the bridge breaker "Brodisk."
Due to the extremely poor fluidity of the material, titanium dioxide powder, we have adopted air injection and vibration measures for bridging issues. The hopper has a diameter of 800 mm and a discharge diameter of 200 mm. We installed four blow disks (model BD-20S-W) and used a controller (model C-SV4) with four built-in solenoid valves to inject air into each blow disk one by one with a time delay, thereby resolving the issue. The standard type of blow disk is "BD-15," but this time we have adopted the "BD-20," which has a larger air volume. * For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. * Our website features numerous implementation examples, which can be checked via the link below.
